How to Increase Your Self-LOVE

Let start by asking yourself this 3 simple questions:

Am I giving my attention to me and my needs?
How often do I pay a complement to myself?
When is the last time I did something special just for me?


Most of us are so busy with life and we tend to forget about ourself. We often put everyone else first, and than we have no time or energy to show ourself some LOVE.
Day after day, we make repeated choices that shape our present and future.
If you want to change and increase your Self Love, than you should begin to make different choices. You should start putting yourself first and asking yourself the right questions before any action.


Here are 7 questions that can help you:

Am I putting other people’s needs above mine?
Will this choice contribute to my wellbeing and bring me lasting fulfillment?
Am I honoring and loving myself or am I trying to please others?
Am I focusing on what I want, or what is lacking?
Am I practicing self-care or self-sabotage?
Am I acting out of Love or out of fear?
Am I expressing my needs and wants?



By asking yourself these kind of questions, it will help you to align your life with choices that will fill you with love and self care. Make a commitment to LOVE yourself more and to make decisions that will benefit YOU. 

You are worth it! You are magnificent! You deserve love! Specially love from yourself. 


Another important thing to do is to start dedicating at least 30 minutes a day just for YOU. Call it “ME” or “your name” time. During this time only do what makes you happy: meditate, do Yoni Egg practice (Rose Quartz is excellent for Self-Love practice), go for a walk, sit outside with a cup of tea, journal your thoughts and feelings…
Take this time to connect with you. To show yourself appreciation and love. To have a conversation with yourself. To deepen your feelings.

Its a good idea to start a journal for your Self Love Journey. You can write what comes to your mind during your ME time. You can come up with affirmations and ideas to make yourself happier. You might find some poetry that makes your heart sing. Write down the complements that you give yourself today.
